The information on our website is constantly updated and from time to time there may be errors or miss prints, typos. These things happen and Fluxedo cant be help responsible for any such errors.
Returns Policy - Fluxedo Range
To cater for Christmas we have extended our returns policy. Any orders placed before Christmas can be exchanged or retuned if we receive it before Jan 4th 2010 as long as they are unused, in the original packaging and fit for resale. Please email us at info@fluxedoshirts.co.uk before you send anything back.
If your goods are damaged or not to your order specification then Fluxedo will cover the cost of returning the goods to us and either replacing them or issuing a refund. We recommend your request a Proof of Purchase certificate (free) from the post office if you return you goods.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days, but we will often dispatch on the same day. In the very unlikely event that it will be longer that 2 working days before we can dispatch your goods or there are potential postal delays you will be contacted (please provide us with a daytime phone number and valid email address when you order).
If you have particular deadline then please state it when ordering and we will do our utmost to meet it. If you require a next day guarantee service then please call us before hand and it can be arranged.
Shirts are sent Royal Mail First Class and will arrive 1-2 days after we have dispatched them. Postage cost £3.50 for one shirt and is FREE for 2 or more shirts.
